Acrylic solvent-based primer. Penetrates deep into the pores and adheres to the substrate, providing water-repellency. Used also to consolidate and improve the characteristics of weak, crumbly or powdery surfaces (plaster etc.). Recommended for use on new or old exterior surfaces to be overcoated with acrylic and silicone paints or renders. Has quick drying and recoat times.
